Package Tracking API by C2W

Pricing that starts with your request budget

Compare C2W plans from free to $89.99/month, understand daily API request limits, and estimate polling volume before choosing a plan.

C2W plans are priced by API request allowance. Basic is free with 5 requests per day; paid plans start at $9.99/month. Repeated tracking calls consume your request budget, so size a plan around polling volume as well as shipment count.

Daily allowances are not pooled monthly credits. A rate limit controls how quickly calls can be made; it does not increase the daily allowance. Account-specific reset times and billing counters are shown in RapidAPI.

For volume above the published plans or custom billing arrangements, request a custom plan.

Estimate a daily request budget

Daily requests = active shipments × checks per shipment per day + retries and manual refreshes.

Count all shipments still being monitored, including shipments created on previous days. Spread calls over time to respect the rate limit, and stop routine polling once your workflow considers a shipment complete.

These are planning examples, not a prescribed polling interval or a promise about data freshness. Choose your schedule around business needs, carrier scans, and the applicable service behavior.

Compare request pricing with shipment pricing

Use the same workload for each provider. A platform charging per tracked shipment may include several updates in that unit; a request-priced service counts calls instead. Also include notification tools and engineering work required by your application.

  • Request-priced estimate: base plan + billable excess requests × request overage.
  • Shipment-priced estimate: base plan + billable excess shipments × shipment overage.
  • Shared assumptions: monitoring duration, polling frequency, peak daily volume, required carriers, taxes, and add-ons.

For example, 100 active shipments checked four times daily consume 400 requests per day. Over 30 identical days, that is 12,000 calls—not necessarily 12,000 unique shipments. The Ultra allowance covers each 400-request day; this calculation does not convert its daily limit into a monthly pool.

Our provider comparisons explain feature trade-offs. Pricing alone is insufficient when you need webhook delivery: C2W does not support webhooks.

Pricing questions

Is the free plan suitable for production?

The Basic plan is intended for evaluation. It has a hard limit of 5 requests per day. Select a plan that covers your actual daily workload before relying on scheduled production polling.

Does a cached result mean the request is free?

Do not assume it is free. Budget for every request; use your RapidAPI subscription counters and billing rules to confirm chargeable usage.

Can I buy a custom plan?

Yes. Contact C2W with your peak daily calls, carriers, desired monitoring frequency, and support needs. Custom scope and terms are agreed individually.
