Package Tracking API is provided by C2W Technology Inc. The documented service lets your application request tracking information through RapidAPI. Webhooks are not supported.
The applicable RapidAPI subscription terms govern your marketplace subscription. A separate written agreement may govern a custom C2W arrangement. This page summarizes the service and does not replace those agreements.
Subscriptions and usage limits
Review the price, daily request allowance, rate limit, and any overage charges in your RapidAPI subscription before use. Published C2W plan details are available on the pricing page. Daily quotas are not pooled monthly allowances.
Manage renewals and cancellations through the subscription channel you used. Refund eligibility and billing disputes depend on the applicable subscription terms or your custom agreement; no additional refund promise is made on this website.
Credentials and responsible use
Keep API credentials private and use the service within your authorized subscription limits. Submit only shipment information you are authorized to process. Contact C2W if you suspect credentials have been exposed or need help with an integration.
Carrier data and availability
Tracking results depend on available carrier data and may be returned from cache. A successful API call does not guarantee that a new scan has occurred. Service and route coverage, field availability, and event timing can vary.
Evaluate the carrier services and response fields your application needs before migration. Contact C2W to discuss a specific availability or data-freshness requirement; this website does not establish a fixed uptime or support SLA.
Custom requirements and contact
Custom limits, billing, response changes, and implementation schedules are subject to an individual agreement on scope, feasibility, timing, and cost.
